You can look at leadership change, if it occurred, in 2 ways. 1. They did intentional fraud and are out. or 2. They made unintentional filing mistakes, or did nothing wrong, or there were problems with the shell before they got it, but want to temporarily step aside while things are investigated.
We just have to wait for a pr, to get their side, and see. We will know soon. Either way, stepping aside quickly is good, to protect as best they can, the OTC-BB status of ONYI.
Personally, I have liked Chris Mcgovern, and hope he was not involved with any wrongdoing, and can stay on. He is the reason I bought JMCP - from the first day he took over.
