Some tips on sharing info with the SEC...

While it's always a good idea to use the general form on the SEC website, there is a good chance that your complaint will be lost in the noise of sheer volume. A better approach would be to contact the enforcement division for the region where the company is registered as they would have jurisdiction.

For maximum credibility and effectiveness, it's best to send an email and FOLLOW-UP immediately with a telephone call. In the New York region, you can contact the following enforcement staff members:

Mark Schonfeld - Director, NE Region
schonfeldm@sec.gov (646) 428-1650

Bruce Karpati - Ass't Director, NE Region
karpatib@sec.gov (646) 428-1775.

Helene Glotzer - Assoc. Director, NE Region
glotzerh@sec.gov (646) 428-1736

New York Regional Office
(212) 336-1100

It can't hurt to correspond or have a chat with either of these enforcement officials:

John Reed Stark - Chier of the Office of Internet Enforcement
starkj@sec.gov (202) 551-4892

Cheryl Scarboro - Assoc. Director/Enforcement
scarboroc@sec.gov (202) 551-4403
