Key phrase is "if there is a buyback"...And if there is one going on they should say so. If they really plan to do it they should be doing it now and not in the single digits..

As far as all the good stuff you mentioned is concerned as long as the company performance can keep the demand for shares high then I would agree that a little more than 10 cents is possible. It is all about supply and demand for the shares it applies even with bloated float stocks...JMHO
