Global Developments Inc. Announces Change in Management

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Global Developments Inc. (Pink Sheets:GDVM) announced today that the Board of Directors has reluctantly accepted the resignation of Mr. John Briner as President of the Company effective immediately.

Richard Crofts, the Chairman of the Company's Advisory Committee, made this announcement following a series of telephone calls with the Board of Directors over the weekend. According to Richard Crofts, Mr. Briner approached several Board members with his concerns that the negative comments about him in the media and on-line forums could adversely affect the Company. He felt that it was in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders for him to step down until he had an opportunity to deal with the false allegations and clear his name. Said Richard Crofts, "One of the most important considerations for any company is the confidence the shareholders have in the management team. By resigning, John has clearly put the needs of our shareholders ahead of his own feelings."

The Company will begin searching for a new President immediately. In the interim, the day-to-day operations will be managed by the Board of Directors with Richard Crofts as the Chairman.
