I think this is just following through with what the company said they would like to do. I don't know how many other companies use this as a way to communicate and answer questions.

I agree that with the PRs they are doing they have been transparent. I have also had questions concerning confirmation about information they have announced, and having the ability to ask questions of the company in an open forum should be beneficial.
