Mike..

I too am full time and do believe it's been my way of life for the past 45 years.. When I first arrived on wall street there was no NASDAQ,, Our wire systems were made up of open telephone lines and our business flow came from enterainment.. We wined and dined the order clerks but not as some we we never bought our business.. I only traded stock that began with W because order clerks were seperated by letter.. Survival was not only from being on the right side of the trade but also included the ability to get by daily on 4 hours sleep.. The amount of Boo's drank was unbelievable with Bar tab's running over $5000.00 a month..

When NASDAQ came in 1972 the world changed.. Your cultivated customer became you competition and that is when OTC traders became either smart or they were burried on the wrong side of the trade...

As most on this board know I left the street in 1975 and started a trading publication for the Investment Dealer's Digest and have since bought that publication and still publish it today.. While now in retirement, I still put my finger in the dyke from time to time and sit as chairman of the board on our masthead..

Trading to me me is a matter of neccesity and the ability to find an ACRG -(BRRR), ALY, TGSNF, PGS, FCEN, FRGB or SDRLF when no one else cares is what makes it all worthwhile..

In my later years I have built small boats for children of need and if it were not for my trading to feed my whims I would not be able to do that either.. Full Time trading is an art that takes patience and knowledge.. The most important knowledge is to know when you are wrong and stop yourself out because,, because as long as it continues to go UP someone else has that side of the trade figured out and is confirming your judgement... hank
