no, they allow market sells, but you must do limit buys.. trust me, this much i do know..

right now, you can sell at market, but you are in the hands of the mm.. where if you put limit.. you get that or more when you sell..

i come in and i ask to buy at a price .. and it must be limit.. you come along and sell at market, i can end up paying less than my limit order so say .001.. i may get that for .0009 and yours just sold for .0009.

that is how i found out i got less than .0001.. and paid only .00001 for raven moon.. look at gwgo lately, thats whats happening.. someone comes along and hit sell/market.. you CAN sell at market. just fyi.. so maybe thats why some people mess up.
