My trading account is not too pretty today! I am also considering trading in our retirement account also which is 85% cash; if the current flush continues after today's bounce. The testing and failure of so many different support levels in the compx may be providing a meaningfull if emotionally drive bottom soon.

I mentally had a time frame closer to end of October to adjust this portfolio to 50% equity and 50% cash. I'm not a sophisticated trader but am sensing some signs of panic selling. What would encourage you to do some substantial trading in your own retirement account?
