My tought is simple. Jim gived us REAL progress news and wants to keep the best for the last. The 1% is or was a hard battle I understood but I'm sure he is holding the PR close to the heard. Trompetting PR's is not a good sign too.
Until now I'm happy with the progress.
That man is absolutely very friendly, takes his time ( it was 10AM his time, 7PM my time ). He doesn't make promisses and I didn't talk about the PPS because it's clear that MM's profit from the low volume to make the price they want.
Looking at level 2 the next after 0.0035 will be 0.005 and I decided to hold on my shares for another quarter.
