I just bought the "Pechala's Report" off Yahoo. The report gives BIMR a BUY-S rating. "S" is for speculative. It's 2 week forecast (from Mar 26 to Apr 6) puts it at .013 on April 6th but let's face it - we need news or something to break us past .009.
