I think they will not be able to fight, for one reason the Afghan Jihad as they call it against USSR was won by Stingers otherwise Russian Hinds had wiped them clear. The money was available and so were arms, present day they have no supplies and will have no possibility of this from Pakistan or Iran or from central Asian Republics, they will fall fast. They may control the hinterland for some time but government in Kabul will go. That you will see, their 'holy war' is mine very 'unholy war' against scums of the society.
