I tried to put in a bid on this stock. But the bid never changed..so i called up Scottrade to ask why this is.
He calls me back after couple minutes with a beeping noise and tells me that they don't have to reflect my limit order bid on a pink sheet stock if they don't feel like it. WTF?!?!
I've never had this happen before.

This smells of market maniupulation, anyone else think MMs are trying to load up under 20?
