It's near the top of my watchlist at the moment, again. Need volume and break for confirmation.
It's a second flag and, draw a line from the last two bottoms (starting Feb 25), and resistance to top of this flag (that started March 9), and you get a symmetrical triangle. I wouldn't be surprised to see this one break in the next 2 trading days.
I believe if this flag breaks to the upside the target of the short term higher target of the first flag will be more than reached.
