You use the phone, same as when the broker restricts online buying, which I expect tomorrow as volume increases. You just do not have bid/ask displayed on T&S. Not much harder than pinkies. I expect the brokers to let this go tomorrow as boxing it down only will increase buying and volume, more shares to eliminate and voliatility. Why, you will buy twice as many shares at .003 with the same money as at .006. Pushing the pps down will not help this problem. Letting it run and flipping with the traders and retiring the excess shares will help and make the MMs money. Lots of it.
