No disrespect intended but that theory is like somebody forgetting to go to work. And even if it did happen there was to many contact attempts throught the day to several #'s and email addy's. I can almost gaurantee when mn1 or who ever contacted docs lawyer that the lawyer in turn contacted doc. jmho glta.
