Where's Arnold when the SP goes up like this. Can't believe he's missing this. There has got to be something wrong with this SP picture and I KNOW Arnie has some input!

I guess it's time for me to come clean on my little theory. Since CYGX is letting the PR's fly my theory explanation can't do much, not that I would have, but it may have....a very tiny may.

So here it goes. Oh Yea, Yes, Scoob, you have all the room to rail on me for this one and you will receive no rebuttal...unless totally unsubstantiated and absurd.

In a nutshell: My thinking on the late filing notice was that the company was was that they were in the midst of arbitration with LW and didn't want him to know how good things were, therefore giving him less/no fighting initiative. However, the annual report did not have the numbers that some had hoped, but did have great news overall IMO. As stated by many on this board this was a good report. The jargon associated with the report is standard in its nature if you look at past reports from CYGX or any other company for that matter. They coat it with boilerplate jargon that states the potential of the outcome no matter how likely or unlikely. It's the nature of the beast. I also think that some issues/concerns about a couple of things in the report that have been discussed here have been ironed out throughout this boards discussion. As Kam said about the accounting "material issues". It's my take from the report and updates that the SEC has been looking at this company. No Sh!* wannaB. IMO from the annual report they are done with their investigation ergot the statements in the report from/about accounting and statements Ms. Shertz/MS. What a great experience for Shertz. Yes a headache, but a wonderful situation to work side by side with the SEC, other accountants and the company books. I agree with Kam that this was LW's job before and it looks as though he dropped the ball. Sorry Kam, if I implied something that you didn't mean to imply/state. It seems as though the record has been set straight on the matter and that we can progress forward without previous issues hindering CYGX. What a relief. The have a clean/clear slate.

Now the only issue to put to rest is the LW and FV arbitration. That would be grat news in itself. Then MS could spend time where it needs to be spent. IMO he is spending most of his time dealing with this albatross, therefore spending less time where we/the company needs him. It will be good when he is self allocated to different duties, but as I stated previously, I think it is his intent to put this issue to rest.

That's my take and there it is.

OSU is sucking cannal water.

wannaB
