I remember a PR saying that by such & such a date, anyone holding UNQT shares would get 1 share of Preferred Properties for every 10 shares of UNQT.

This was another reason why I bought into UNQT, but my shares of Preferred Properties have no value either, at the moment.

They show up in my brokerage account as Preferred Properties.
