DFNS Q4 bottom line could have been stronger. I thought the earnings might be similar to the .01/share earned in Q3. But it's not like the stock was going to pop on the Q4 results, and I don't think that's what people were anticipating (could be wrong here). The real appeal on DFNS is the recent order announcements that will kick in during 2007. The first one from January was for $4.7M. I think this could add over $3M to Q1 revenue.

DFNS should have a couple of extremely favorable comps coming up. Q1 revenues could come in at $6M+ vs. only $1.8M last year. I'm guessing Q1 earnings could be .02-.03/share vs. a loss last year. Q2 just started and based on the recent orders, is already shaping up to be a terrific quarter.

With the Q1 results due out in 6 weeks, I don't see the stock dipping very much. I know I will be buying on any weakness.
