Didn't go to the meeting myself but know those who did and Sheppard and the board got a standing ovation at the end of the meeting. There are no more class A shares that leaves Furlong out of control and shareholders have control of the company. Furlong is gone, he was forced out by his own mistakes. The board is excellent.
