as I read it, all old stock is cancelled. Therefore, any stock bought now has to be stock that was issued after the cancellation. This stock either came from the company held (99.88%) 25,000,000 which is restricted (making this the same as the PAVC deal), or out of the float (28,900), which can only mean there is a huge short position , if the fact that even one person bought more than the float is true, which it probably is. Someone either sold 2-3,000,000 restricted stock or someone shorted a similar number.. I think this one's far from over
