Well, that's OK by me. An "E" should cause another dip in the price, which is always good for collecting.
I'm just guessing, but there might be some deal in the works that made it worth not filing - which would let the cat out of the bag. The last time they got an "E", it was only on there for a short time.
It will be interesting to see how it all works out.
