Ball can not take out any of those assets..
Ball is a shareholder that all..

Big boys in Enron ate it so will Ball..
Also IMO it seem that Ball may have been doing some illegal
Tradeing by not reporting it..
What I am seeing is Ball could be heading for the big house..

If gold-nugget and ironyman don't act fast enough to save
our investment.. I will file with the SEC and I am sure that others will file as well..
