Problem I have with this being a scam is

1 Legal counsel is Heenan Blaikie
2 Patent Attorney is Ogiluy Renault
3 Engineer firm is Genivar
4 Consultants are Technopole

They would have to be involved or something would have slipped after acmg claimed to use them
