"AVTX" Sell off the Shell to Tieli Xiaoxinganlin Frog

Breeding Co., Ltd., a company registered in the People

Republic of China that is a wholly owned subsidiary of American SXAN Biotech, Inc.

All the shareholders of "AVTX" get, is a kick is the ###

Their assets are being rip off here..

After all, this contract(Kollsman) was negotiated while a public company. I hope it doesn't rely on market cap and he walks with it all. That would seem criminal..."
