Give me a break. My Methods?? What a riot!! All I do is point out facts.

At this point there are NO positive FACTS known about this company.

Here are some FACTS:

1. OSC, RCMP and SEC investigations ongoing.
2. New Auditor has been censured for misconduct and partner banned from involvement in public companies.
3. A veritable litany of false and misleading Press Releases exists put out by this company and those involved with it.
