I believe the s-8 shares are expensed at the market value the day they are issued so I don't believe you could amortize those no matter what they are related to actually. But, the 30 mil that were registered on 1/31/07 looked like they were issued all in the month of February but the pps dipped pretty good after the s-8 so by the time they issued those shares the actual expense if I had to guess would be about 30 mil times .06 or .07 on average, so around 2 mil. The 25 mil s-8 registered in October is a little harder to guess at when they actually issued them so we will see soon once the 10k hits.
