More Good then Bad...

were effectively exchanging 100,000 shares of our Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Stock valued at approximately $40,000,000 for the $20,000,000 in revenues..

DO the math here! think were that 40M is on the balance sheet now. however still too many blanks to speculate what the 10K will look like...

im looking for 2006 NET INCOME at ~$7.5 million anyone else care to guess?
