Can we put this discussion on hold until Monday? Johan at Ace's is doing some benchmarks on a quad Opteron server. Included will be some scaling tests. Yeah, I know, if the Opteron winds up winning, Ace's gets labeled an AMD fanboy site, and if Intel wins, vice versa. But what the hey...
