My questions were why the r/s it screws every shareholder you have ?
He replied that the r/s will make new investors think the stock actally went up that much and bring in new investors..
I told him I have never seen a otcbb R/S that worked .
He said they done research and said it was the best thing to do .
I said name one company bb that done a r/s and was good for that companies holders..
He could name none or at least he didn't tell me any.
TAKE IT FROM me R/S means all shareholders take it you know where and they go on vacation.
