As far as I'm aware Colvico is a wholly owned subsidubary of Enviro Energy as per their most recent 10QSB available at yahoo finance:

"Revenues from the company were generated primarily from Colvico, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary for both periods"

I don't know why there weren't any PRs about contract wins back in July, and I don't know if the monies reflected have already been earned and reported in the MRQ. Anyone with greater insight is welcome to comment.
