Gary, you are right. I don't mean we help Iraq financially but our government can initiate to lead with Saudi, Quwait, and other oil rich countries. Who know maybe Iran too if they become moderate enough?
What I mean is Muslim countiries like Afganistan, Uzbek, etc without much resources? Even Egypt needs help to reform their political and educational system as well as how to reorganize their religion? I am very sad to look at Egypt that one of the oldest culture in the world is not one of the best to live right now and still struggles domestically. The youngest one, America has the most wealth and freedom to enjoy. It is really ironic in the view of the historical wealth.
Saudi, Quwait, and other oil rich countries themselves need reform before all extremities overthrow them like what happened in old Iran under Shah. Tere are so many problems in the Middle East. I don't know where to start.
