Additionally, DuPont could realistically be hit with a 3rd party patent infringement suit by McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff, LLP. Du Pont will not bugde for this reason, plus the fact that there has been no industry standardization established by 22 of the worlds largest PWC space players who have been directly invloved with the MC2 meetings; next one scheduled for May, 2007. I also expect this number to increase. Du Pont would be wise to take a back seat in rushing to justice by commencing packaging. Also, their clientel may not allow it for reasons cited herein. Think about this. Would you as a Fortune 100 company begin to travel down a financial road and commit to endorsing BP packaging without established ground rules? This would most assuredly be an embarrasement to the industry worldwide and I believe Du Pont may actually want to have access to these meetings before commiting to doing anything. Also, ScanZoom interprets the URL which is encripted within the physical bar code. It is one directional, as in you may not easily be able to change the content of the URL without having to change the entire bar code. Qode interprets the URL at the resolution server, so you can change the content to anything the host server selects regarding the same one bar code. Futhermore, qode will provide LBS services right to your cell phone/pda and in relationship to the proximity of where you are transmitting/recieving from. Add to that live demographics and reporting services predicated on permission-based and individualized demographics and you can see why qode is far superior...not to mention Word Registry or manual code entries for non-camera specific cell phones/pda's. Qode is also an agnostic OS and NeoMedia owns the patents.

All the Best, JP
