does anyone know anything about the attorney that WHA hired? i've been involved in some commercial litigation and, as one would assume, the individual ability and effort of an attorney plays a very big role in the outcome, even in seemingly "open-and-shut" cases. how sharp this guy is could be the difference between a huge (and deserved) benefit for us and a mediocre settlement.

also, i know this was mentioned before, but if anyone has good contact with Ricky Smith, don't hesitate to provide him or the attorney with any of the info or findings posted on this board. don't assume they're good at research just cause you are.
starting to smell serious blood here. there's probably not much we can do about the choice of attorney, but i'm just a nervous, concerned nellie.
