most brokers restrict pinky stocks, etrade and ameritrade are the 2 brokers that are usually the first ones to restrict everything. in fact they despise pinky traders lol atleast i think they do, ameritrade doesnt have Pinky Level 2 even if you pay for it.

usually stocks are restricted for buys and only after unusual volume surge..so try to get in early ;)

some people say that Scottrade is more lenient in terms of restricting stocks.
