Throughout 2005 & 2006, in various publications and at different times, Cyberhand Technologies International started to issue PRs that it was spinning off different components of the company (e.g., Cyberhand Robotics division was supposed to be the ergonomic mice & game controllers:

The PKTO (www.pocketopcorp.com) was spun off via RM of USAC into PKTO. That was the folding keyboards, etc.:

There is supposedly some sort of aerospace products/services that Cyberhand Tecnologies International was purported to spin off into another distinct entity, also possibly via RM:

you gotta scratch your head when you read about some little POS pinky doing a deal with Lockheed-Martin...hmmmmmmmm

But then again, we're dealing with PinkyLand at it's worst so who really knows for sure...especially with this BHUB fiasco.
