WEGI issued 11,500,00 shares @ .001 to Laurus just few months ago? You dont call that dillution?


Now, once and for all, let's expose printmail01 for the basher he really is, posting FALSE AND MISLEADING INFO!!

The proof of the outstanding shares for each quarterly filing is at the top of the filing... So let's go look for the 14 million shares printmail01 says were issued....

From the 11/20/06 10Q SEC filing...
The number of shares of Common Stock, par value $.0001, outstanding on November 10, 2006 was 33,901,215.



From the 2/20/07 10Q filing...
The number of shares of Common Stock, par value $.0001, outstanding on February 13, 2007 was 36,283,545.

So the truth is... IN THE LAST YEAR only 2.3 million shares have been issued... What we have is a poster posting false and malicious info here, commonly called a basher.
