"Have You looked into Temporary Contracts thru an outside agency, Have you seen any large amounts paid to outsourcing.
If these conditions are met and with merit, there would be no record of payroll, or of taxes, or of liabilities? "
No, I did not see any amounts to outsourcing as you suggest. They do have " PAYROLL" listed as an expense, so why are there no payroll expenses? These are regular expenses that MUST be remitted to Rev Canada, I dont care if they are debt free or not! This does not exempt them !
A " normal " income Statement has
1. Revenue.,( and other income)
2.Expenses ( Cost of Goods Sold Expenses) includes purchases
3.Payroll expenses( broken down into EI,CPP,WSIB,FED TAX, wages and salaries, subcontracts etc..
- Sulja has Payroll, with no expenses in Cost of Goods Sold Expenses
4 General and Admin Expenses( looks like they claimed 100 percent of entertainment..this is a no no !)
Also, they have US Sales as Revenue. This is fine, but why do they not have a foreign exchange in their expenses ? So, I guess US sales are paid in Canadian?
No matter which way you look at it, these, imo, are NOT accurate, and someone played with them. BIG TIME !! If we ever see true and accurate financials, they will look nothing like this, imo
