I think the PDR's give them legit credibility in Panama and the rest of Latin America and with those unable or unwilling to trade in the U.S. markets and PNMS gives them the legit U.S. credibility they need here and with those wanting to trade here not in a Latin American market. But I don't Jack so I could be way off. :)
