I went back and read all of the SEC filings which stopped in 2002. Please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the following may be true:
There could be about 202 million shares outstanding. Wells Fargo may indirectly own about 10 million shares.
I can't find insider information, but I suspect there is a substantial amount of stock held .
If the above is true, I believe the stock is extremely unervalued as I have stated before . JMHO FWIW
