as have I and many others, the amazing thing is how arrogant the shorts can be and who can blame them, they know well that up to now they were essentially immune from reprecussion simply because the regulators were not going to do much to stop their illegal activities,
over the past year or so I have seen more and more momentum generated by people and companies who are just sick and tired of being ripped off over and over again,
if you read the Overstock articles about their lawsuit against the brokers you can get a sense of how powerful the Wall St. forces are when you learn that the recently enacted law in Utah to curb FTD's was forced to be put on hold, the Wall St. crowd threatened the governor with massive lawsuits and got the governor to hold implementation of the law until June when the SEC is supposed to finalize their study and reccomendations, what a joke, I know in my heart that the Wall St. crowd will bully the SEC as well just like they bullied every one else,
and why not, there is much too much money to be made with illegal shorting so they will fight and fight hard,
what is encouraging though is that apparently the movement to rid our system of this corruption has taken on more momentum than ever before,
just recently Oklahoma introduced a much tougher law than Utah and it is coming up for vote in the state legislature,
their approach is simple, that FTD's are a form of fraud, that the consumer is paying for a product, shares of a company, but is never getting delivery of the product, very interesting approach,
anyway, I am fully convinced that Alan McCaa has educated himself regarding the extent of the fight he faces and I also believe that he has made the determination to fight until he wins, period,
we as longs are fortunate that this guy comes from the old fashioned American heritage of fighting back when a bully tries to steal your lunch,
not to mention that we here have a really strong group of holders who have also figured this thing out and are just going to wait the shorts out, no matter what scams they try to pull,
all my opinions as always,
