Since old postings by "pinkshell" were deleted, I'm uncertain as to who was first to make the BHUB/cyberhandrobotics RM.

The first place my attention was drawn to BHUB as possibly being in a similar type of situation as the USAC/PKTO RM was early on March 8th (the 1.3+B volume day) by following the postings & links by SSP & Jim Bishop on "The Golden List" Board:
