World Airways has been bought by Matlin Patterson!

From the rumor mill at my airline I have come across something told to me by another pilot. Matlin Patterson has bought a controlling share in World Airways, (having sold off Varig recently) Expect to see something possibly with World Airways and ATA airlines merging their charter business. With a possibility of ATA dropping their scheduled service business and focusing completely on charter.
