One person's view about the situation

Bart operators got 22% pay raise for 4 years, who need only high school diploma and many people are accusing them of doing nothing for pay except for reading magazines and playing games bceause of full automation. All central computers control driving/operating BART carts(Bay Area Rapid Transit system like New York subway). There are much pay difference between computer fields and other fields. Consequently it impacts on real estate here.
Also, I don't agree only to blame on union or employees. CEOs are too much well paid regardless of their performance. If Steve Jobs or CEO of Computer Associate can have billion dollar compensation who only have one wife and two children(?), why not employees who have thousands to share profit or even loss(G)? CEO are not the ones who create jobs, all together do it. If you look around how much money other people make, you can be jealous and demand too much pay raise. Chicken first or egg first story.
