I've had that happen to me on other stocks where the stock trades lower than the bid and yet my order doesn't get filled. My .01 order may not show up yet since I just put it in about an hour ago. Its crazy to think that pretty soon I will own about 10% of the OS even though the insiders claim to own 100% of this. Is there anyway to verify that the OS is still 1M?
