Clarification about Grove Consulting LLC. Ok, there was speculation on here that the company in the press release was this company http://www.grove.com (The Grove Consultants International). I called the grove.com company and they are NOT the company mentioned in the press release.

So, I searched the State of California Business Portal at http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/ for Grove Consulting LLC.
