I sent an email to the IR yesterday asking for confirmation of whether http://www.grove.com was the website of Grove Consulting LLC that Esprit mentioned in their press release.

When you do a Google search on Grove consulting LLC, I get Oak Grove Consulting LLC. There are many other "Grove consulting" companies listed on the internet.

I received an automated reply from Cashnow stating they had a lot of emails and would respond within the 7-10 days.

At this point, I haven't had any firm confirmation if The Grove Consultants are the same as the the company mentioned in the PR.
