This is something to offer faith...Why WOULD they take shares in lieu of cash if they were going to screw shareholders?!?!

I have a wife and two kids. If you decide to pay ME in shares before cash you better do a damn job convincing me that I get an ROI, otherwise I would tell you to take the job and screw it!
