Spoke with Mr. Amyot this morning. Deal done. We can expect name change/symbol change. Bio-Tracking Security Inc is and R&D that has product ready to roll out. Differencial advantage is GPS location ability that will be able to remotely shutdown a vehicle. Also fingerprint access to ignition.
And yes they do plan on changing the Bio-Tracking Security web site ASAP.
