You guys know that Cede & Co is the DTC or rather every trader in the world?
I don't know why they write Cede & Co don't add it to the float.

Because in fact Cede & Co/DTCC owns 99% of all shares in the stock market.
So who is behind Cede & Co in XTMS?
The CEO? Public Float?
