mythbuster, I find where Bickel and Ruberg were both Directors of GRXI in January 2005 but Ruberg is not listed as a Director in the 9/07 10-Q. I tried to find when/if Ruberg resigned as a Director of GRXI without success. Do you know when/if Ruberg was eliminated from GTREX Capital's BOD? I see that GTREX is also located in Danville, California where SIVC now have their office. Thanks for your imput. scoob
